Arrangements for the June meeting of Council

The June Council Meeting will take place on Wednesday, 29 June 2022 starting at 7.00 pm.

The deadlines for the meeting are as follows: -

Public Involvement

Should you have any constituents who wish to submit questions to the Council, those questions must be submitted by 12 noon on Wednesday, 22 June 2022. They can be sent by e-mail or in writing but the questions must be accompanied by the questioners’ full name and address. The public can also make Deputations, and notice of Deputation must be received by 5.30pm on Wednesday, 22 June 2022.

Members’ Written Questions

Written questions that do not relate to items on the Agenda must be submitted by 12 noon on Wednesday, 22 June 2022. Questions can be sent by email or in writing.

Written questions relating to items that appear on the Agenda must be submitted by 12 noon on Friday, 24 June 2022. Questions can be sent by email or in writing.
